This registration is for Programs that want to have their fellowship participate in the Match.
The AACMFS Match serves as a method to facilitate the offering of positions and the acceptance by applicants in a uniform fashion, favoring the preference of the applicant. It provides a defined timeline and centralized system to simplify the process of obtaining a fellowship position. Match results are released one year before the fellowship start date. This allows ample time for successful applicants to complete necessary hospital credentialing and state licensing requirements. Programs and/or applicants that do not match have a full year to make appropriate decisions and arrangements.
IMPORTANT: Prior to registering, please download the Match agreement pdf, sign and scan it to prepare for uploading during the registration.
Once you register your program for the Match, the AACMFS will send you the Password to share with your candidates that you have interviewed. Please find more information about the MATCH Program at aacmfs.net.
