Welcome to the 2024 AACMFS Annual Meeting in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have a great meeting planned and start with our Preconference Workshop on Wed. April 3 from 1-5. This workshop will cover your career in OMS including: Identifying Opportunities; Building a Sustainable Career; Building a Team; and Negotiating Strategies. On Thursday, April 4 we'll begin the day with our Keynote Speaker, Dr. Gurjit Sandhu from the University of Michigan. She'll cover Interpersonal Interactions: Teaching, Learning and Trust in the Operating Room.
Our abstracts begin after Dr. Sandhu and over the next 2.5 days we'll have 47 abstract presentations.
For fun, we'll have our Thursday night opening reception at Cable Wharf, Saturday night our President's Reception and Dinner and then afterwards enjoy the nightlife of Halifax.
